I wish to cancel my admission for the 2 year full time MBA programme offered by EIILM.As per offer letter dated 1`st November,2011 that I was selected and have to deposit Rs. 10,000/- latest by 30`th of November,2011.It was also mentioned that the amount is non-refundable.I subsequently paid the seat booking amount in cash, Rs. 10,000/- The corresponding receipt no. is 2581 dated 14/11/2011. But now I have taken admission in another b-school.
i talk at eiilm admission department and they told that they will not refund the amount as it was mentioned in the letter.but it is also mentioned in letter that mba degree is ugc recognized.i told this and also said according to ugc refund policy they should refund the amount if i wish to cancel admission before commencement of classes n deducting maximum upto Rs1000/-.
They replied me to send the ugc link where it is mentioned such rule n mail them .

i need the links.if possible please give me.what else should i do?
